Brian Grobleski
Brian Grobleski is a nationally published chef, writer, photographer, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and culinary instructor with a deep passion for farm-to-table cuisine and immersive storytelling. His culinary journey has taken him through some of
the most prestigious kitchens, including Longman & Eagle and the world-renowned Alinea, where he refined his expertise in high-level gastronomy.
Beyond the restaurant scene, Brian spent time as an Alaskan boat captain,gaining firsthand experience in sustainable sourcing and seafood preparation. His talents have also led him to work with Discovery Channel. In Chicago, he left his mark at Florial Restaurant, and his skill set earned him the role of Zac Brown’s personal chef, crafting exceptional meals for the Grammy-winning artist.
In addition to his work in fine dining and media, Brian has dedicated five years as a culinary instructor, sharing his knowledge and passion with aspiring chefs. Whether in the kitchen, behind the camera, or in the classroom, Brian continues to push boundaries, bridging the gap between food, storytelling, and education.
